This post here is likely a close second at 111.
(I surprisingly only took about 10 mins to find a link to the post )

Although the uni guide is 116% more useful imo and most likely the most upvoted post in AN history.

Note that both of these posts were made prior to the inflation in the number of upvotes forum-wide that has occured since
