I know the feeling... (that was Texts and Traditions for me...)  If you want people to respond you should stick to mainstream subjects

I happened to glance at my profile stats, and second on my list of 'most popular boards by activity' was classical studies.  I'm like, "What on earth? Does a subject called that even exist?!?"  Gradually memories filtered back... obviously my single post sticks out a long way in the midst of the tumbleweeds

C'mon shy guys, join the fun and spread the love!  The view counts show you exist, and it really isn't that scary to post here... (otherwise I wouldn't, since I've got nothing to do with the subject )

classics is so unmemorable even the people who post in it's forum forget it exists hahaha

Well, I'd contribute seriously if I could... the best I can say is that I had a friend who did Classics, loved it and it was her best subject.

Haha you think you're having a hard time finding fellow students ? Try finding 40 students across the whole state for VET labs :,,,(((( its been a tiring quest, I've lost all hope really.

[Not having done it], I think it's about classical/ancient Greece and Rome.  You study how certain classical writers and artists explore ideas in their texts, their techniques and what it reveals about the sociocultural context of the era.  But they're so lazy nowadays, back in the day you had to read them in the original Greek and Latin

What a mouthful. Haha.

Reading Medea for English. It has been more interesting than I had first anticipated, it even influenced me to have a look at the classics study design, I'm seriously considering it; hence why I am lurking in this thread.
