Its important to note that your sac marks are not all that indicative of your study score as they are subject to scaling depending on how the cohort performs on the exam.
I got better study score in biology with SAC marks of around 80% than i did in chemistry with SAC marks of around 95% (with similarish exam perfomances). This is because my bio SACs were marked harshly and the relatively low marks were scaled up, whereas my chem SACs were marked more liberally and ended up being scaled down. This is a bit of a simplified view for how it words, but it stands to show that your SAC marks aren't all that meaningful - your position within the cohort is perhaps more meaningful.
That being said - ignoring the SAC marks - if you are curious about what approximate exam scores correlate with what study scores there is a resource here that you might want to look at. It indicates an exam score of ~65% correlates with a 33 study score.
Note that this is of course just a rough estimate based on previous data, often an exam might be slightly easier/harder from year to year in which case the exam marks for a particular study score will be higher/lower.
Predicting whether the exam scores this year will be higher/lower is a bit meaningless. On the one hand the exam might be of average difficulty, with interruptions to learning resulting in lower exam scores, on the other hand the reductions to the study design and the fact that the exam might be made in consideration to the learning interruption might mean higher exam scores.
As such I wouldn't count on aiming for a particular exam score just to get a 33 - the best way to get a 33 (or more) is to aim to try your best  :)
