I've finished exams - how can I contribute to the AN community?

First of all, congratulations!  Regardless of what scores you get, you've achieved and learnt - and that's worthy of praise.

Finishing your year 12 journey doesn't mean that you have to end your atarnotes journey; we'd love for you to stick around! :)

Here are some of the things you might want to get involved in:
- Share your plans for after exams
- contribute to ANs collection of free notes
- create an advice thread for people studying your subject next year
- create a uni journey journal
-  leave a subject review (vic) (nsw) (qld)
- read some of the uni advice and ask questions
- now that you have time, you may also want to visit the journey journals of other students this year & read their stories
- as always, you can keep visiting the community & games threads the same way as in the past
    - e.g. stay accountable for developing a skill or changing a habit
    - or practice your creativity
- reflect on your academic experiences this year

If you've got any ideas of things you'd like to see or that I left off this list please let us know! :)

Good question!
Often there will still be overlap, so there might be components of your notes that are great for the new syllabus. It would be absolutely brilliant if you checked the new syllabus and picked out the relevant points.   I believe the HSC team will be coming out with targeted advice for this later, so keep your eyes peeled :)

No problem at all!

Thought I'd bump this now that exams are well and truly over and post-academic boredom is starting to set in for a fair few users :)

Sneaky bump for 2019

I know some people still have year 12 exams this week and many of our younger forum members still have school too - best of luck to everyone regardless of whether you're still making results or waiting for them :)

Note: please don't feel restricted by this list. If you have another idea that would help the AN community like an Ask Me Anything, or a practice question thread, or something I haven't thought of please feel free to give it a go. If you don't know how to get involved in things like making articles, or don't know what people might find useful to learn from you, post about it and we'll help you out :)

Hope you all have a wonderful holidays

Updated for Queensland. Victorians, I know you still have a bit to go but bumping now since lots of other students are finished

Also going to give a sneaky link to mod applications as they are currently open and that's one role people contribute through :)
