Probably not. The Melbourne commerce degree gives you more freedom to move around within commerce, though, and has more prestige. Just go with whichever uni you feel gives off a better vibe. Also consider travel and proximity to potential places of part time employment (though you can always move out). Melbourne has more pubs and whatnot if that appeals to you. :)
