Think my post just got missed and wasn't replied to, but could someone look at this one please?

Accounting
I'm in a cohort of 7 and would say I'm on the higher end, don't know official rankings but possibly top 3
Unit 3 GA - 83% (through sem1 got low-mid As and a low A+)
Unit 4 GA - 81% (mid A and a high B+)
Exam - 70 - 75% (worst case scenario)

Thank you!

Hey there!

According to last years grade distribution, you are looking somewhere around a 36-37 for your study score :)
2019: 1/2 Psych

2020: English, Bio, Chem, Psych, HHD, Methods

2021: bye bye psych :D

Thank you! So does that mean it could fluctuate depending on the performance of accounting students this year?

It's a ranking, so yes - if the exam was easy, and you found it hard (assuming marks are reflected by this) you'd get a lower SS than if it was a hard exam and you found it hard, along with the rest of the state.

Hi what study score am I looking at for methods?

SACS: 90% (rank top 5-10/100ish in average cohort)
Exam 1: 28-32/40 (think most likely 30)
Exam 2: 64/80 (at worst approx. 60/80)

Thanks

Right makes sense, the 2019 exam I did for practise I felt really good about and performed well in it in exam conditions, but this years exam that I took it was alright, but definitely thought it was a little more complicated than the 2019 one so hopefully other students agree.
Thank you!!

Hey,
Feel like I gotta try the SS predictor at least once before ATARs come out. Roughly what should I be expecting for English?

U3 & 4 SACs: 85% average (roughly top quarter out of around 120 students/ extremely strong cohort with roughly a third making 40+ in previous years)
Exam: Expecting around 24-27/30
2019: Business Management
2020: English | Methods | Economics | Legal Studies | Global Politics
2021: Bachelor of Commerce @ UniMelb
2022- 2024: Bachelor of Arts @ UniMelb | Diploma in Languages (Chinese)

Hey there :)

Welcome to the thread!
According to last year's grade distribution, you're looking at a score around 40-44; however, given your strong cohort, it could go up to a 46 study score.

82%. SACs were weird... Some questions were deleted cuz they were wrong themselves. idk what the school would do with them

Can someone predict my subjects? Thanks!

English: we don’t have percentages but I’ll take an estimate:
Unit 3: 85%
Unit 4: 90%
Exam: 80%

Chem: (raw SAC scores may have been scaled by my teacher up I believe):
Unit 3: 91%
Unit 4: 89%
Exam: hopefully 105/120

Spesh:
SACs: 70%
Exam 1: 32-34ish/40
Exam 2: 70ish/80

Cohort is strong across all
2019: Hebrew [31], Mathematical Methods [41]

2020: English [41], Chemistry [41], Specialist Mathematics [39], Tertiary Hebrew [4.5 increment]

ATAR: 98.75
