Problems w/ rescheduling UCAT

Hi all,

I got an email saying that UCAT is pushing back our test dates by 30 days (in Melbourne at least). I'm having problems with the rescheduling that they've requested us to do - the test centre has been changed to the location-less one, but the date of the test itself hasn't and the calendar says that there are no available dates in August that the test can be rescheduled to. This makes zero sense to me, and I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this problem, or if everything has gone smoothly for them?

I'm calling customer service too (don't mean to be a Karen but.). If anyone knows anything that could help, please do share.

I don't think it is being pushed back by 30 days. It is still in the July testing period as stated on their website, you will just need to choose another date and time if you received the reschedule email. In some cases you may also need to change your testing centre. So, it might not be working since you are looking at the August calendar when you should still be looking within July. Hope this helps

True! I took another look at the email and what I gathered from it was that they moved the date back to show that because they couldn't hold the test in that specific center, we had to choose another date and location (or something like that). That also explains why there are like three new test centers showing up on the page that weren't there when I booked the first time. Thanks!
