How would you go about doing this? For example, say if the coil is in it's verticle position (maximum flux) and it is rotated clockwise to the horizontal position (no flux). With the magnetic field from right to left how would you determine direction of the current for the quarter turn? And also how would you explain it? Thanks

Assuming that what i have drawn is the what you implied in the question, as it was a bit vague, then what you would write is something along the lines of:

The change in magnetic flux is towards the right due to the area that the magnetic field threads reducing from a maximum to zero with the magnetic flux initially threading the loop to the left, which then according to Lenz's Law, must induce a current that's magnetic field that goes to the left and opposes this change in magnetic flux so therefore the current would go from B to A.

Although again this only applies to the diagram I drew as that's what I got from the information you supplied. Also don't know how good my worded answer is, but you get the jist of it.
