I'm not too sure what you're looking for, but for VCE relevant stuff, off the top of my head the sites I found myself on quite a few times:

wikipedia (seriously a lot of good stuff here, don't neglect the 'introduction to' and 'history of' type pages too, don't look at just the generic pages alone e.g. 'electromagnetism')
UNSW Physclips
http://webs.mn.catholic.edu.au/physics/emery/physics_hsc.htm
hyperphysics
physicsclassroom (good for sound)
MIT OpenCourseWare / the highlights for high school section (along with equivalent type websites from other unis)
sixtysymbols (youtube channel)

Otherwise google and keep and eye out for those one-off websites with good information

edit: oh, most of those are in that resources thread link too
