Nice! Was it as you expected?
Even better. I was just in the flow of things while making sure to ask many questions as possible so they themselves answer it. It was pretty gratifying, seeing them go 'I get it!!!" and their improvement throughout the lesson.

Yesterday I received a free coffee from the uni caf as I walked by at the right time as the manager was training a new girl on the coffee machine. Today I happened to have lunch in the cafeteria space with friends and the same manager was walking around with free muffins that were freshly baked.

I can't believe I've been lucky to be in the right place at the right time two days in a row. :O

I have grossly underestimated how much money I would have to spent in the first couple of weeks of uni.  >:(

My tutor: "There's a little bit of preparation to do before the tutorials each week"
The preparation: 4 research papers (50 pages later....), a documentary, a couple of other documents, and a 400 word response to a few questions.
Rip I should have looked at this on the weekend but wasn't expecting there to be so much stuff lmao

It's 2pm and I'm falling asleep reading papers.

I went to get a coffee and I somehow managed to order something other than what I usually get and it wasn't actually that bad 😂

i got a 21/25 and i am deeply deeply disappointed in myself because although I was preparing myself to get a 15/25 I knew i was underestimating myself and was wishing for a 23 or a 24/25  :'(

Two of my close friends don't like mint.
Four people I spoke to last night agreed unanimously that they hate mint. :o

Why do so many people I know hate mint? I love it, come at me

Mint sucks with chocolate. But alone, it is good!

Someone decided that tonight would be a great time to hold a country music festival right next to my house... Great.

Today is the most productive day weekend day I've had since uni started: today I read some of 2 of my current read-to-review books, I wrote 2 articles (1 review, 1 mega list) for the giant blogsite I've started contributing to recently, and I've started cleaning my room 😂

And surprisingly I woke up with no energy for the second day in a row 😅

I wanted to have a 20min nap but instead slept for 2 and a half hours. Oops (it was a very nice sleep though)
