How do i make this less jagged and flow better??

Melbourne teacher found guilty of groping students

A Melbourne high school teacher has been sentenced to jail for groping two girls while helping them with homework.
The accused, Richard Grabski, 34, was found guilty at trial and sentenced in Melbourne Magistrates Court on the 31st of July 2018 for 4 months in prison by Magistrate Jon Klestadt

He asked for an immediate appeal and was released on bail.
In Section 40 of the Crimes Act 1958 it states that:
(1) A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a) A intentionally touches another person (B); and
(b) the touching is sexual; and
(c) B does not consent to the touching
(2) A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable to level 5 imprisonment (10 years maximum).
