Most effective way to get a head start into 3/4?

Hi,
My school has opted this year to have exams at the end of term 3 and since these are completed I am relatively free for all of term 4 and the summer holidays leading up to year 12.

I figured that this is an excellent opportunity to get started on 3/4 content and wanted advice on where I should begin and how I should give my self the best opportunity to excel in Further Maths and Methods  3/4 next year. I plan to plan 2-3 hours a week getting a head start into unit 3/4 and also spend a decent amount of time in the holidays while still giving myself time to relax.

Thank you

I'd say if your school has a syllabus or a list of book questions you should get ahead with that. That way you can finish the course sooner and start doing practice exams sooner. It will also help you identify your weakest areas of the course well before you do your SACs, giving you time to prepare. That's basically what I did last summer holidays. I no-lifed methods for like 2 weeks and finished the whole course, which really lightened my workload throughout the year. Though you shouldn't go that far, 2-3 hours a week is a really nice and relaxing pace. And if you're ever having difficulties just remember there are plenty of people on Atarnotes ready to help you, including me :)
