Access Melbourne Scholarships

Hi all,
So I received an email from UniMelb saying that I qualified for Access Melbourne under financial disadvantage. However, I am unsure of the criteria necessary to receive an Access Melbourne Scholarship. Am I out of luck in terms of receiving one (my ATAR is 99.85)?

So I received an email from UniMelb saying that I qualified for Access Melbourne under financial disadvantage. However, I am unsure of the criteria necessary to receive an Access Melbourne Scholarship. Am I out of luck in terms of receiving one (my ATAR is 99.85)?

So just by looking at the scholarship website a bit the selection criteria for the Melbourne access scholarship is the folloiwng:
"This scholarship is awarded to eligible candidates who have the highest overall level of disadvantage based on the information provided in their VTAC SEAS application and their Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR)."

Also there are approximately 200 of these scholarships offered - hopefully this helps.
