Hello,
I'm a final year student at uom but I wanted to do another bachelor's degree (yes I don't mind another few years at uni) and I am particularly interested in the bachelor of radiography & medical imaging. Just wanted to ask whether anyone knows if only my first undergrad degree results are used or is my atar also considered? I'm asking this mainly cuz I got a super high atar but my undergrad results aren't great.
Thanks

hiya! feel free to check out my university journal, im currently a 3rd year radiography student at monash!
I'm a straight from school student so I'm not entirely sure how this goes, but I think they might look at both. I know at this point there's about 80 students per annual intake, and 20ish are reserved for transfers from radiation science. there's a few interstate students, but i've also found there were quite a few transfers from science degrees, and I assume wam was looked at for these entries. I do know a few people who are mature age/completed a previous degree in my course, I'm not sure if they're reserved places or considered spots or just coincidence. I've asked one of my friends and I'll reply when I get his response. I know when I got in the entry was only 86, now that its 98 the uni results expectation might have gone up a fair bit as well so i'll try and get some information, but i do highly recommend the course and if you're looking into it, absolutely no harm in applying!
I'll get in touch again when I have more details for you :D

Hey again! Sorry it’s been so long mate.
So I spoke to one of my mates who’s in my year  but 28 and got in after completing a uni degree. He said they generally only look at uni marks, but he had messed up one of his units so they had a look at his school results as well. I guess it’ll depend on your wam, but if you’re around like 75+ I guess, if they look at your school marks too I reckon you’ll be sweet :)
