Not sure about saving, but you can click notify and it will come up in your unread messages every time a new reply is posted - an alternative would be bookmarking them or clicking 'send this topic' and sending it to your email address?????

Wish there was an option for this too. As sometimes I'll read a post but not have enough time to respond (or am on my phone where long responses are difficult or if I need to attach something). Usually, I just click mark unread so the post goes back to my unreads.

I found that using the notify suggested by J_Rho has been pretty useful but i'll definitely try your way too! seems pretty coolio, thankyou for the tip!
