Is a 93+ atar still possible?

I felt demotivated when I got my chem results back; two assesments and I get 50%. I'm just wondering if a 93 ATAR is still achievable.
My results are:
English: 77 (completed last year)
Business: 80 (completed last year)
2 unit maths: 85 (completed last year)
3 unit maths: 70 (completed last year, repeating this year, don't know how I will go)
4 unit maths: 76% in the first assessment
Chemistry: 50% in both assessments
Physics: Doing it this year, I seem to do better in that subject (got 90% in a topic test for prelims, doing the HSC course compressed)
I'm in a bewildered and petrified state; any advice, people?

Hey,  I went through VCE rather than HSC but I got not-great scores on some of my assignments (not much over 50%) and I achieved a 98 ATAR.

I don't know the mechanics of HSC & won't do a score prediction on you but I do know that the important thing here is that you learn from it and keep trying.

This is something to grow from,  not something to be trapped in :)

Looking at your other units, chemistry probably wont count for you. Now considering your other subjects are good scaling especially 4u maths I would say 93 atar is still definitely possible. Right now you want to play to your strengths. If your really confident in your other subjects over chemistry, I would say focus your other subjects over chem. People advised me not to do this for my HSC but I did and it paid off :) Also you can't afford another stuff up so work hard on keeping your Physics mark up there and work to improve in 4u.
