Opinions on Derrick Ha or Dr He

Since 2010~ the word of Derrick Ha has pretty much been unheard of and I'm thinking about taking him up as a tutor for Specialist in 2019. If anyone has any comments or testimonials about his teaching recently (i.e. 2016 onwards) I would like to hear them. I haven't really seen anyone talk about him for a long time and am afraid that his teaching style is different now. Also he's starting to charge $62 a class which is quite high in my opinion.

Also, if anyone knows if Dr He still tutors please tell me because I'm also considering him. Also if someone could guide me on how to apply I would appreciate it because it seems like he's impossible to contact.
