My name is Jeremy and I graduated from the Class of 2015 with a 99.95 ATAR.

I am tutoring in all levels of high school mathematics, in particular mathematical
competitions and contests, as well as VCE Chemistry and Physics.

My tutoring is interactive with the use of diagrams and many easy to relate-to
analogies in order to assist and facilitate understanding, usually followed by working through a
range of easy to difficult exam style/competition style questions to further cement
knowledge and ensure the student is on the top of all material required.

In each tutoring session I will provide:

Step by step assistance with homework/classwork
Clear and understandable explanations of each concept
Constructed questions designed specifically to highlight common mistakes

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
undergraduate course at Monash University.

I can prepare students for:

VCE Mathematical Methods and Specialist Maths
VCE Chemistry
VCE Physics
VCE English (TBC - ask for further details)

In terms of experience:

I have attended the Australian Mathematical Olympiad Camp 7 times between 2012 and
2015, primarily as a student but have also been invited back as a lecturer and tutor.

I have run English and Mathematics classes to peer groups at my secondary school
Trinity Grammar School during and prior to Year 12.

I have received numerous scholarships to study at various universities around
Australia.

Qualifications:

For VCE:
Scores of 50 in English, Chemistry (2015) and Physics, Mathematical Methods (2014)
Score of 49 in Specialist Mathematics

For mathematics:
Silver Medal in International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) 2015
Gold in Asian Pacific Mathematical Olympiad (APMO) 2015
Gold in Australian Mathematical Olympiad (AMO) 2014 and 2015
Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) Medal 2011-2014
1st Prize in UNSW Mathematics Competition Intermediate Division 2013
Prize in the Australian Intermediate Mathematical Olympiad (AIMO) 2013
Perfect score in the AMOC Senior Contest 2014
