Hi i think you will have some trouble with this. If you're looking for an overview/headstart to the course look up douchy's biology podcast. Hes making new ones for the current study design. He's pretty awesome too, heaps of bio students listen to them. He doesn't go into as much detail as you would in class but he covers everything.
