Hey, everyone wins with a hard exam - it offers a chance for students to show what they really know, without the stress of "ZOMG, if I drop one mark I can't get above 40! " like last year..

Sure most peoples mark are lower .. but it is still a fair gauge of ability. Actually it's a much better measure of true physics ability than an easy exam.

people that suck at physics don't win :(
"Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something, not even me.  Alright?  You got a dream, you gotta protect it.  People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can’t do it.  If you want something, go get it, period." - Chris Gardner

I hope it's hard. In the midyear I got all the difficult ones out fine, but screwed up the easy stuff which landed me an A.
Gonna own this one to make up for that injustice.

Seriously kyzoo? Physics has been my easiest subject all year, it's just plugging numbers into formulas and understanding 3 or 4 concepts. There's nowhere near as much interpretation of the question and recognizing which technique to use as there is in spesh.

2010 ATAR: 99.45, congrats to the VCENotes class of 2010 :)
2011: Commerce/Engineering@Monash. Keen to tutor VCE students next year in any of the above subjects except English and IT, feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any questions relating to those subjects, probably won't be on this site often now, but PMs go to my email.

Grasping physics concepts at first is hard, the VCAA exams are easier than Spesh though.
