I'm hoping they have given suggestions etc. & that we just haven't seen them

My school was saying that they've not given any advice on how to run assessments yet, and they're still in the dark of what to do. Apparently they *should* make a better announcement soon??

As of now, (this is a bit old though) this is what VCAA says to schools about delvering online assessments:
https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/news-and-events/latest-news/Novel%20coronavirus%20update/Pages/ContinuityofLearning.aspx

[look under section on 'School Assessed Coursework']

Hopefully they'll be some better clarity soon.

What’s plan B or C scheme? Is that the GAT and year 11 results plan?

The Year 11 results plan is included in Plan C, not sure how the GAT calculation differs in those plans. From what I'm aware of, the GAT will be more significant than it already was.

I'm so excited to get back into the normal routine and see all my friends again! Although not really excited for the first week given it's full of SACs. I'm hoping going back to school will motivate me more too. How about you Evolio?

Yeah, I'm not excited for the bombardment of sacs but I am excited to finally get into the swing of things again, like you said. I thought I'd be so reluctant to go back but for motivation's sake, I'm quite excited.

Doing alright, but stressed because I've got a pile of work that I've got to get through by Thursday. Can't wait till school goes back hopefully I am able to get back into the swing of things (bar having a legal sac the 3rd day back)! How about you?

VCE exam timetable is out!

https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/administration/Key-dates/Pages/VCE-exam-timetable.aspx

How's everyone feeling?

Absolutely love it how all my exams are not on the same date! (Usually PDT and Methods are together so I'm glad they are not). Methods Exam 2 in the afternoon might be a struggle though (I tend to shut down after 3pm) but overall, I'm really happy all my exams are in the morning ;D. (Even better I finish on the 24th of November).

Can't believe the results are coming out on the 30th December too. This feels super real now. How is everyone else with their exam timetable?

That's great that PDT is not with methods ashmi! My exam timetable is pretty good, nice and spaced out (apart from the 4 maths in a row - which was to be expected). I'm super happy that I don't have the long weekend in between the spec exams like there usually would be!

Yeah, I'm not too sure about exam results coming in after christmas. I mean, I totally understand why it will take that long but that doesn't mean it doesn't suck a little.

Quite happy with it. No exams on the same day, I mean I have English on Tuesday, then Revs Wednesday, then the next Tuesday and Wednesday for Methods, then Texts the next Thursday. Well spread, I say.

That's good.
Yeah, I'm going alright.  :D I thought I'd be more stressed but I'm not, which is slightly concerning.
Yeah, this year has been the weirdest. Not at all how I expected it to be. I can't even imagine how it would be without all of this happening.

I haven't really been stressed all year, but now I realise I might want to do a course that will be at the top end of my ATAR possibilities (though I think I can handle it), and so I suddenly realise I need nearly every point I can get. No pressure.
The word for this year is 'unprecedented'. :)
