I used Daniel15's userbar creator (there is a link somewhere in this thread). There is a lot of glare in that userbar of yours. I think the opacity of that ellipse needs to be turned down.

How does everyone else make userbars? I only started yesterday with Daniel15's nifty tool :D (Thanks dude!)

Userbars are like maad easy to make, theres like a million photoshop tutorials which pretty much show you how to do it.
