Not feeling confident after Unit 3 results.
« on: June 18, 2021, 04:29:59 pm »
Hi. Unit 3 is coming to an end and I'm not feeling confident with it. I am hoping to achieve at least 90+ ATAR but I feel the following results will not allow me to.

English SAC 1: 67% SAC 2: 45% (i know lol)
Methods SAC PART 1: 80% SAC 2: Haven't received yet
Physics SAC 1: 92% SAC 2: 80%
Further SAC 1: N/A (joined further late) SAC 2: 90%
Chemistry SAC 1: 50% SAC 2: 70%

I've planned to step up my game for Unit 4 and hoping to get a 70% for English and above 90% everything else in the exams. Will this get me to a 90 ATAR?

Hi!

I wouldn't worry! Those are certainly decent results, and given you have an entire semester plus exams to improve, I'd say you're on a very good path.
2018 - 2019 (VCE): English Language, Maths Methods, Legal Studies, Global Politics, Business Management (2018), Philosophy
2020 - 2024: Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Commerce @ Monash University

Would it be possible to get at least 90 ATAR with the current goals I've set up???  :( :(

I am yeah technically, but take a second to look at WHY you got those results. Make sure you do something different next semester and really take a look at how you can increase ur SAC rank (this does not mean tear others down :/) and prep for the exam. If u and ur cohort r able to do well on the exam, and u pull ur sacs together than yeah a 90 atar is possible.
