i had nature of biology last year and i really don't recommend it tbh. but the study design's changed so maybe all the content miraculously matches the book now? haha.

Hey!
To be honest, I did not even use my text book much. I used Jacaranda just for class, but I inclined more towards my TSFX Biology notes and crashcourse vids. I only adopted this method because Bio was supposedly my bludge subject. But from experience with chem and pysics, Heinemann is the way to go. Nature of biology has a lot more info in a more detailed way though, but the way they have formatted the book is horrendous with those big chunks of writing that seem to go on and on for pages on end. So just a warning, it is not for the faint hearted lol. If you give me your email, I can send some pdfs of the nature of biology book for the new syllabus so you can have a feel for it as well as the heinemann one as well.

if you want to go hardcore, checkout Campbell biology 10th edition. This book by far surpasses all other textbooks, but it is a uni textbook so I recommend using this book as a supplement to your textbook (e.g. for extension).

Usually Jacaranda's the way to go but the nelson textbook this edition is really good!
