What are some questions they can ask me on the exam day? I've already got quite a big band of questions and answers but I would like to know some maybe unexpected questions you got on the day, so I can prepare for them. Thanks!

A question they asked me for the exam was:
If you had to write a book what about would you write?
That was the hardest question for me and I used condition and passive voice for that question.
They always have a starting question: talk about your holidays, friends etc then they ask questions in terms of that.
But if you don't understand the question ask them to repeat that helps and gives you time to rethink what you should do.
I also believe that you arrive early to the place where they have the exam, that way it calms your nerves a little bit more.
