I usually keep 30 minutes for each - in both trials I've done I found 30 minutes was enough (with a bit of leniency to go over if needed) - plus, I personally found the 2 hours left over the perfect time for MCQ. I found that planning a decent amount during reading time helped me finish the writing tasks in time.  :D

I found during my trial GAT that 30 minutes was enough so I am going to allocate 45 for each plus planning in reading time. I am pretty quick at MCQ and my weakness is definitely writing. However, I may during the actual GAT complete the maths related MCQs first and dedicate most of my time and energy into them as they are the questions that will matter the most to me (doing 2 maths 3/4s).

All in all, do what is best for you and your strengths :)

Probably 35-40 minutes. If I'm running out of time for multiple choice, I can just guess questions I'm unsure of.

But my main goal is just to finish both writing pieces.
Dreamed it, then real lifed it - well, still trying (;
