Does anyone know of any practice exams for the current study design??

As far as I know, the only free exams for the current SD are from VCAA - there's the 2018 exam and the 2018 sample exam.

Though to be honest VCAA exams from past study designs are also really useful. It appears that the only significant changes are in unit 4 AOS 1 (if you studied arms control) but otherwise everything is exactly the same.
