Title: Meet the ATAR Notes Leadership Team
Post by: pi on January 13, 2012, 01:30:22 pm
ATARNotes' brilliant team of volunteer moderators has been specially picked to lead and support this community!  We're always here to help and support you, so don't hesitate to contact any of us with any issues or questions. :D

The hierarchy:

1. Administrators can create boards, appoint moderators, do everything moderators can, and more.

2. National moderators can moderate posts across the whole forum, warn/ban users, edit users' profiles, see emails and IP addresses, and more.

3. State moderators can moderate (edit, delete, split, merge or sticky) posts in the specific areas they've been picked for.

All moderators also have access to a secret section where we discuss all sorts of forum issues. 8)

Joseph41
Introducing Joseph/Nick
Hello, friends. :)

My name IRL is Nick, so I thought Joseph41 would make the most logical username. I both joined AN and graduated from high school in 2012. I've since completed a Bachelor of Arts at Monash with Honours in Linguistics; my thesis considered the gendered media portrayal (linguistically) of Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard throughout their respective Prime Ministerships.

My major passions in life - aside from AN, of course - are language, education, mental health, sport, travel, design and poetry. And coffee, which was a pretty nifty invention. Like, probably up there with the wheel. And I don't really need to consume wheels on a daily basis to live headache-free, so, thinking about it, one might actually contend that coffee is the niftiest invention of all time.

Please stick around on ATAR Notes, because it's such a fantastic community! :D
literally lauren
Introducing Lauren
Hi! I'm Lauren - a 2013 grad who's been hanging around to try and make your VCE English Studies a bit more bearable. My subjects (in no particular order, unless you count alphabetical) were Art, English, Indonesian, Literature, and Methods.

I've since gone on to attain an Arts degree from Melbourne Uni with a double major of Literature and Linguistics. Now I am old and weary. My bones are grey and my hair is arthritic. You may not see me on the forums much nowadays as I do a lot of behind-the-scenes work for the ATAR Notes publications, but I'll still rear my bookish head up on the English and Lit boards occasionally  ;)
Bri MT
Introducing Bri

Hey! I'm Bri and I completed VCE in 2017. I barely knew what an ATAR was, but somehow I stumbled across this community and learnt that regardless of your school there's a wealth of experiences, opportunities and resources you can tap into. I'm passionate about making science accessible regardless of location and SES, and studied English Language, Math Methods, Psych, Chem, Bio and Physics in year 12. Atm, I'm studying the Bachelor of Science Advanced - Global Challenges (Honours) at Monash, which I usually call "science" or "gc" to avoid sounding pretentious. Within my course and atarnotes I've found brilliant people and communities that I'm keen to keep contributing to and learning with - on AN, this officially started with modding Psych, but no one needs a title to help out

Aside from that, I love the great outdoors, like public speaking (I'm weird, I know), and occasionally escape into a book.

Calebark (VIC)
Introducing Caleb
Hello there!

My name's Caleb, and I've been on ATAR Notes since 2016, active since 2017, and attending the lectures since the very first series! I've become addicted to the vibe (and the friendships!) around here, so I hope I can do all I possibly can to help improve the experience.

I completed VCE in 2017, where I studied Biology, Physics, English, Chemistry, and Further Mathematics. I'll be studying Science at Monash after my 2018 gap year, after which I hope to enter education, medicine, or research. I'm unsure, but I have plenty of time to figure it out!

Outside of school and work I enjoy petting dogs, swimming, attending metal gigs, and the most heinous of puns :)
insanipi (NSW/VIC)
Introducing insanipi (she/they)
Hey hey! I'm Lou (short for Louise, and definitely not Liousie), and I did VCE all the way back in 2016 (and yes, I feel old haha). My pronouns are she/her/hers and they/them/theirs (I take both!). You can probably find me mostly likely having fun on the Forum Games! I finished my honours year in Pharmaceutical Science (doing cool CRISPR/Cas9 stuff) in 2020, and the way I'm going I'll still be in the lab overly-caffeinated or hyped up on tea by the time that I'm actually old :P I used to hate biology (I refused to take it in high school), but I've found a new appreciation for molecular biology so far throughout my course.

A few fun facts about me:
- I'm OBSESSED with scrunchies (bought and made)
- My first AN lecture was Specialist Maths in January 2016 (which I chose because I wanted to be different to Calebark that year and not do English on that day)
- My favourite forum game is probably the count to 20 thread ;)
- My VCE subjects were English, Math Methods, Chemistry, Physics, and Specialist Maths (which I didn't enjoy as much as I tried)

I love reading all the posts on the forum- helpful and inspirational alike, just like the whole community here! <3 Don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you want to chat or just say hello- I don't bite!
K888 (VIC)
Introducing K888
Hey guys! My name's Kate and I completed VCE in 2016, having studied Revolutions (my favourite subject!), English, French, Biology, Chemistry and Maths Methods (please don't ever ask me any questions about Maths, though). I'm now in my second year of Physiotherapy at Monash Uni. :)
My first ATAR Notes experience was listening to Brenden introduce Lauren for a 3/4 English lecture at the headstart lectures in 2016, and just like that, I was sold - I started posting on ATAR Notes a few weeks later. However, I didn't become properly active until 2017. In the short time since then, I've made some amazing friendships and have become part of an awesome community. The ATAR Notes forum is a truly phenomenal place, and I hope that in my role as a natmod, I can help all of you to find AN to be as welcoming as I have!
Outside of AN, some of my interests include: soccer, health and drinking tea. I also like cats (dogs are great, too).
owidjaja (NSW)
Introducing owidjaja
Hey there! I'm owidjaja/Olivia and I completed the HSC in 2018. During the HSC, I took Advanced English, Mathematics, Physics, Society & Culture, Studies of Religion, Modern History and History Extension (at some point I was crazy enough to do 13 units). The weird mix of subjects led me to study Aerospace Engineering at UNSW, where I get to build cool things like small autonomous vehicles and rockets!

To keep myself sane during uni, ATAR Notes has helped me separate myself from uni. I've been active on the forums since the end of 2017 hanging out in the History and Society & Culture boards and spamming J41 articles, but I also work for ATAR Notes as a published author and desk support during lectures. It's probably a bit weird for an engineering student to do work in Humanities but I think it's important for STEM students to expand their perspectives and actually learn about the world around them.

Outside of uni and work, I love reading, especially classic novels, and playing video games. My favourite games are The Witcher 3, Final Fantasy XV and Horizon Zero Dawn.

Feel free to message me anytime about anything!

Sine (VIC)
Introducing Sine
Hey everyone,  :)

I’m Sine and I completed my VCE in 2016. My subjects during VCE were Biology, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Chemistry, English and MUEP Chemistry. The first ATAR Notes lecture I attended was a headstart Specialist Mathematics lecture in 2015 which was also the first AN lecture ever. I also joined ATAR Notes in 2015 and began posting soon after.

Currently, I am studying a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery at the Australian National University having already completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine (including a minor in Mathematics) at Monash University.

Outside of the sphere of university and ATAR Notes a few of my interests are playing/following sport (mainly soccer, cricket and basketball) and Music (Piano and Trumpet).
vox nihili (VIC)
Introducing vox/Trav
Hi there!

I'm vox and you can normally find me cruising around the Biology board. I initially started of as a moderator on the science boards and slowly made my way here :))

irl I'm a Med student at Melbourne. Before that I did Biomed at Melbourne, with a major in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. And before that, I finished high school in 2012 studying Biology, Chemistry, English Language, French, Methods and Psychology.

Education is a really big passion of mine. I've spent quite a lot of time working in schools the past through years, mainly as a public speaking and debating coach, but have also been really lucky to be involved in a couple of volunteering programmes for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, namely SWOT and VCESS. You should really get involved (as a tutor or a student!).
I also really enjoy learning languages. I did French at high school and Spanish at Uni (which was awesome fun). I'm planning on starting a new language really soon now that I've settled into med school a bit.

My inbox is always open :D

Near the end of every year, there's an announcement for applications so you'll have to submit that. In other cases you may be approached by the admins with an offer to become a moderator as well.

It's a very very quiet board, I think one moderator might be enough for now :)

In light of the fact that most of the nat mods are too old for this shit now, they've been "retired" to the position of "Honorary Moderator" (or a less wanky-sounding name if you can come up with one). They'll still have banhammers though, so don't annoy them too much :P

We'll also be getting some new subforum moderators in too soon, so stay tuned :)

Although it was a hard decision for the national mods, it wasn't SO hard as to take over 2 weeks. Due to family circumstances I haven't really had the time to do the permissions stuff until now, so my apologies for the delay.

Yeah, but he's no longer on the forefront of the AN team, just *slightly above* one of us now. We certainly won't see something of this caliber from him again (is this something that we're hoping for or not..)
Did we ever find out what's with all the Snow names?

Happy New Year everyone!

CHANGES
thushan is now Honorary Moderator in recognition of all the time he has contributed to ATAR Notes.

Congratulations to new National Moderators, alondouek and charmanderp. Well deserved!

The following Victorian Moderators have stepped down or left due to inactivity. Thank you for generously giving up your time:
- epl
- Starfish
- _avO
- Furbob
- funkyducky

NEW MODERATORS NEEDED!
We're now looking for new moderators to fill in some of these gaps.

Requirements and responsibilities:
- Member for more than 3 months.
- Preferably at least 100 posts. However, this is a flexible requirement - if you have 50 high quality posts, you'll be considered before the person with 100 spammy posts.
- All year levels are welcome to apply (this includes already-graduated people).
- You must be doing or have done at least one subject relevant to the area you are applying for.
- Good study scores are a bonus, but definitely not necessary.
- Please check your schedules and make sure you'll be able to be active this year. Inactive mods will be removed.
- You'll be expected to check your forums once every couple of days, and remove unnecessary/off-topic posts, lock threads that get out of control, sticky useful threads, maintain or create Resources Threads, and generally make sure the forum has a wealth of useful information on it. You'll also have access to a private moderators board where you can ask for help (as well as see some of the lol trolls we have to deal with)

Areas needing moderators
- Arts: media, vis comm, art, studio arts.
- Arts: drama, theatre studies, the music subjects.
- Humanities: history, politics, philosophy.

- Science: biology, psychology, physics.

- Business Studies: business management, legal studies (accounting or economics knowledge is a bonus but not necessary).

- Health: HHD, outdoor and environmental studies (PE knowledge is a bonus but not necessary).

- LOTE: any of the LOTEs.

If there are any other niche areas you think you could contribute to that are not on this list, feel free to apply and we'll see if it is needed!

If you are interested, please PM me with your application.

Cheers!

Health and Physical Education: fishandchips
Humanities: youshine
Languages Other Than English (LOTE): brightsky (In addition to board he already moderates)
Science: genji, Mr. T-Rav

We wish you all the best and ask you to do your best not to break the forum ;)

Congrats guys! And thank you so much to everyone who offered to volunteer their time. We appreciate each and every one of you that generously put your hands up for this.

And I'm really sorry about how long it's taken, I had an assignment due followed by a week of intensive summer semester so I've been totally knackered. To those who were chosen, I'm doing permissions now and you should be able to see the moderator's forum very soon (if I don't break something).

It's all part of the greater plan.

Yes - the greater plan for the domination of English and Humanities over ATAR Notes.  Brenden, Lauren, Charmanderp, Joseph and I are about to overthrow the long-standing Maths-Science rulership of this site.

Beware, DickensFan101.  It has already begun.

(P.S. Big day for Euler today.  He's six today, big enough to go to really-truly-school, and has hit +400 respect).

zsteve, grannysmith, hamo94, Sine

Our new mods for Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Bio - potentially more mods coming for this section soon, and more moderator announcements to come.

Please welcome what I'm sure you'll agree are four phenomenal additions to our team.

And rounding out the mod team for this moderation cycle is:

MightyBeh, Glasses, Alter, The Usual Student.

Mighty be will attend to all maths boards and SoftDev, while Alter and Glasses cover English boards (with the latter also covering Legal, Business, and Psychology), and The Usual Student capping off the team covering EngLang and Accounting.

Oh, and, insanipi will be looking after Forum Games and Casual Chat ;)

In total, a group of nine new moderators who I'm sure you'll agree are absolutely perfect to drive to push our community forward to even brighter horizons.

Believe it or not we're actually net positive, it's too hard to give them all out. I personally blame the secret mod topic where we all rank the general user base.

Hey Claudia! Just helping everyone out around the site is the best way to get involved in the AN mission ;) in terms of being a part of the moderator team, we do applications on an infrequent but regular basis (we've been taking them quite recently), so if you stick around and keep an eye out, you can apply next time! ;D

Would just like to recognise two members of our 2017 moderator team. They have decided it is time to move on and welcome the next generation of AN's leaders, but really want to recognise their contributions.

- isaacdelatorre was a HSC mod throughout 2017, who contributed a bunch of awesome guides to the Business and Economics sections of the forums, as well as essay marking, answering questions and fantastically friendly vibes. He'll still be around, and he is of course still our HSC Economics lecturer, but he is passing his role onto some fresh new faces for 2018. Thanks Isaac!

- zsteve, who has been on AN for years, contributed in essentially every VCE Maths/Science board. He's answered more questions than common sense and even held an incredible Q+A last year. He won the VIC MVP Award in 2016 for his efforts, and has decided that it is time for his legend to step aside so another can grow. Don't worry - He's still working with the AN Tutesmart Program ;D

In anticipation of expanding our HSC Moderator Team, we've had some section shuffles and additions ;D

- katie;rinos, in addition to keeping her Ancient/Extension History boards, will also be moderating the Music section ;D

- Jess1113 has shifted to moderate our Biology section, as well as some of our Maths boards!

- kiwiberry has shifted to Chemistry to assist MisterNeo (who is keeping his sections!), and will also keep assisting Rui in our Extension Maths boards ;D

We're really excited to expand this incredible team of 5 into a team of ... Well, let's just say a significantly larger team ;)

Hey everyone,

I felt it was important to address this myself as this decision is something that i've been considering for a few months now and i've finally managed to get the balls to do it.. so here goes.

As of a few weeks ago, I let the admins know that I intended on retiring as a national moderator in preparation for the new school year as my work is becoming extremely intense and I don't believe that I am able to continue with the same level of effort and activity as I once had. I believe that it is unfair for me to hold onto such an exclusive role where my activity is not consistent. This is my own personal belief and I have in the past, encouraged other mods who have been inactive to remove themselves from such roles... so you could say I am doing what I constantly rant on about. :) I also think that I'm starting to get a little bit too old for this.. and as I have no affiliation with AN's physical presence, it makes no sense for me to continue to hold onto this role.

Over the past two years I feel that I have contributed quite a significant amount to the operation of the community here, from rule changes to consistently issuing warnings in line with our forum rules, but more importantly, attempting to boost the VCE Technology/IT sections and raving on about VTAC preferences. I believe that my input has assisted in steering the users and team to be more organised and as a result, a better functioning online community which is well supported by the other AN initiatives such as lectures, the study guides, Tutesmart and more.

I joined as a member in 2012 and have been a moderator since early 2016. I started modding when I didn't have any sort of responsibility and was just another uni student going through the cycle. I am a teacher full-time now, which means I am responsible for hundreds of children in secondary school, and my sole focus must be on them. I am genuinely passionate about education and my career as a teacher, and I genuinely care about students who I teach. I absolutely love what I do.

I will continue to be a (somewhat) active presence on ATAR Notes, just not in a moderation capacity. I feel that this is best going forward to allow AN to continue to succeed well into the future.

I want to particularly thank brenden for initially allowing me the opportunity to become a moderator on ATAR Notes (without application, mind you). I managed to jump to national moderator in just a few months which was quite a unique and rare chance and I have embraced the role ever since.

To all the mods past and present, you each bring a unique attribute to ATAR Notes in terms of contribution and character, and this is what makes ATAR Notes great, a great leadership team which keeps the discussions flowing and provides different viewpoints which allows the team to consider all possible angles and perspectives.

AND to all users of our wonderful community!! ATAR Notes is a truly unique community where the support and genuine willingness to help somebody else in need is something that I have truly admired. Putting the competitiveness of the VCE/HSC system aside, nearly all questions asked are answered by somebody else, and this is truly a wonderful thing. So to all the users who create an account, ask a question, answer a question, write a guide or even just post in forum games, thank you for your contributions. You are ATAR Notes and I only hope that each of you continue to help somebody else in need.

I am actually quite upset that I've had to do this... when you're part of a community for so long, it's very difficult to make a decision like this but I feel it is necessary.

I will be moving to Honorary Moderator shortly. A new national moderator will be appointed in due course.. I have made my own recommendation but it is up to the admins who they decide on. I am sure whatever decision they make, it will be for the best moving forward :)

Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive and friendly to me over the past two years. You won't get rid of me entirely ... and i'm confident that I won't just be going AWOL.. I just need to be able to browse/post without the added responsibilities 8)

I'll still be available via PM if you would like to ask me a question regarding IT/Compsci/teaching... While my activity won't really be the same anymore, I will get an email everytime a PM is sent so rest assured if you take the time, i'll be taking the time to reply to you.
Adios. :)

P.S - Thanks admins for keeping it on the down low until I was ready.  8)

Aaron

Aaron, thank you so much for all you've done to keep this place clean and orderly and well-oiled; I don't think most recognise just how much basic mod work you've constantly done.  You've been more dedicated to your responsibilities than most and we've really appreciated it.  The double posts will now abound once more :(

It must have been hard to step down like this, would be upsetting to leave your role, but yeah, just thank you for all you've done.

All the best with your teaching this year!!!

I would like to give a huge shout out to kiwiberry, who after serving as a HSC Maths/Science moderator for the last 12 months, has decided to step down.

Kiwiberry has made over 300 posts since her first one in October 2016, the vast majority of which have been helpful responses in the HSC Physics and Chemistry boards. She has accrued over 45 days of time online, which is absolutely insane. Because kiwiberry joined just before the big July post-lecture rush, she is a huge part of the reason many of our members and moderators are on the site today, guiding the HSC forums through the insanely busy July-October period of 2017. Kiwiberry even delivered the ATAR Notes Chemistry lectures in January of this year, expanding our knowledge and lightening our hearts with her impressive collection of birb memes ;)

In short, kiwi's impact on the HSC forums has been and is immeasurable, and she will absolutely go down as one of our greatest contributors.

Thank you, kiwiberry!

A few shuffles to our HSC mod team!!

- beatroot is adding English Standard to her portfolio!
- blasonduo and fantasticbeasts3 will be working together to mod the UNSW board!

Felt worthy of a post - Excited for the shake up ;D

Just wanted to recognise the contributions of MisterNeo, who has decided to step down from his HSC Moderator position. Neo was modded just over a year ago for HSC Chem and HSC Business Studies, and in that time has contributed tonnes of his time answering questions and contributing resources. Truly an incredible contributor (nearly 500 posts with an insane post:respect ratio), thanks so much for everything! ;D

Would also like to recognise Shadowxo, who has also decided to step down from their moderator position. Shadow has contributed amazingly as a maths moderator in 2018, and indeed just as an amazing user for far longer (they were the inaugural recipient of the VCE MotM Award!). Nearly 1000 posts with over 500 respect, speaks for itself!

Shadow is stepping away to focus on uni, but hopefully we still see them around from time to time - Thank you for everything Shadow! ;D

I'd like to give a huge thanks to Coffee for their contributions as moderator the last 22 months. They've modded a multitude of sections - English, Literature, Philosophy and university boards, and provided help, advice and good vibes to countless members of the community, as well as a tonne of resources/threads like these.  With 600 posts and a nearly 2:1 post count/respect ratio, Coffee's impact on AN is clearly immense.

Coffee has elected to step down as moderator. They will still be around (I hope!), so don't be too sad. Thank you so much Coffee for everything you've contributed ;D

As one of our most senior state moderators steps down, I want to encourage everyone in the community to step up. Our moderator team has definitely streamlined in recent months. In 2018 the team has seen Aaron, kelting_meith, elysepopplewell, RuiAce, zsteve, isaacdelatorre, kiwiberry, MisterNeo, Shadowxo and Coffee step down (perhaps more, this is off the top of my head). Many of those were Natmods, many others had modded for close to two years or perhaps even longer.

Point being, 2018 seems to be a year of transitions. We'll absolutely be looking for new moderators in the not too distant future, so get involved. Contribute to the community and lend a hand wherever you can. You could be next! :)

^Yep, great post. I think it's pertinent to link to this thread here, too. You never know where taking an opportunity through ATAR Notes will lead you. :)

Hey everybody! This time of year is always a transition phase, as previous mods move on, and new opportunities present themselves.

I'd like to give a huge thank you to Glasses, who has decided to step down as a mod. Glasses did a really fantastic job in the VCE Business Management and Legal Studies boards - such a good job, in fact, that he's been heavily involved in some off-site ATAR Notes projects. 👌 Glasses has been around for a long time, and will hopefully be around for a lot longer to come. But with other commitments becoming more prominent, Glasses thought the time was right to step aside and let somebody else take that opportunity. For that, and for their incredible work over several years, we thank them!

#ThanksGlasses

Hey team!

This is a bit of a retrospective post, but I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Jess1113 for their time as an HSC Moderator.

Jess was a really huge - and prolific - member of the community for a long time before circumstances beyond her control saw her activity drop. It's been awesome seeing her post again a few times this year, and that will hopefully continue in the future! :D

For those who don't know, such was Jess' impact on the forums that she was named NSW MVP in 2017 - honestly a huge thing given the types of posters we had around at the time (and now).

We didn't make a big deal of the transition out of modship at the time but, now that she's back around the community, I just thought it'd be nice recognition for an ATAR Notes legend. :)

Announcement Time!

We've got some big changes coming to our mod team! To start those of, I want to give a shout out to dancing phalanges who has decided to relinquish their moderator position. DP has been one of our most prolific HSC contributors over the last 18 months, helping hundreds of students with English advice, practice papers and essay marking that is just insanely detailed.

Perhaps their biggest impact though is in the Modern History section, where they've made over 200 insanely helpful posts - One in every ten posts of all time in that section was made by DP. This just shows the long standing impact that DP has made on the forums, and on so many HSC students across three separate cohorts.

DP will still be around in between journalism gigs (perhaps pop in and do a story on AN? ;)), but the time has come to start ushering in the next generation of HSC mods. Super exciting times, even with a bit of sadness mixed in - Thanks so much for everything, dancing phalanges! 💙💙💙

Angelina will be modding our HSC English boards (Advanced/EX1/EX2), a section she has already had an insanely large impact on. Really, this just formalises the leadership role she already plays in the section - Please join me in congratulating her! ;D

Thanks for all the nice words guys! Not an easy decision to make but felt like I was holding back other potential moderators from making the most out of the position and still feel I can contribute as much as I am right now just without the added responsibility! Big congrats to Angelina and will see you all around :)

Big thanks to you for always helping out in the forums! And I don't think I've properly thanked you for reading my creative last year so again, so I guess it's clear that you've made some awesome contributions :)

And big congrats to Angelina as well! Definitely well-deserved :)

To continue with some changes...

Thank you so much to Opengangs for their time as a moderator in the HSC Business Studies and SDD boards. They have decided to step down from their position as of today. Opengangs has done a super job in their role, perhaps most in the SDD board, where they have pushed activity consistently. A quick glance here shows literally more than a dozen great threads that have no doubt helped many HSC students, and will continue to do so in the future. In fact, they have made almost 25% of the total posts ever made in that board.

OG - thank you for all your work on the forums so far, mod-related and otherwise. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with in the future, because I hope you won't be going anywhere too soon. ;D 💙

A huge, huge thank you to Quantum44, who has decided to step away from modship recently.

Quantum did a fantastic job modding the Victorian Technical Score Discussion section, was a very valued mod and will continue to be a very valued member of the community. Thanks Quantum! :)

Today there are a few changes to announce

Potatohater, Orb, Alter, and clarke54321 are each stepping down from their positions as moderators. Really huge thank you for your many, many contributions the forums community and best of luck for all future endeavours - especially future & continued involvement here ;)

Potatohater
Despite half of the posts in Drama Exam Discussion being from potatohater having you as part of the moderator team has never been a drama at all - their friendly personality has always been of benefit to everyone, not just HSC Humanities or Univeristy of Sydney students. Thank you for everything & I hope that we keep hearing from you into the future. :)

Orb
Orb's impact has been particularly prominent in science and maths, where Orb moderated further, methods, spec, chem, physics AND bio. Thank you very much for the hundreds and hundreds of quality posts and the several hundreds of hours of time spent online helping the AN community. I hope we see many more hours from you yet. :)

Alter
You might expect that Alter as student studying the Doctor of Medicine at UniMelb is driven to help others and has offered lots of insight and knowledge to many students and you'd be absolutely right but Alter is also humble, friendly and generally a great guy to have around. Thank you for all of your contributions, especially in the Legal Studies & University of Melbourne boards, but also for your guitar skills. Hope to see you around before next month. :)

clarke54321
Clarke has been an absolute pillar of the VCE English & Legal Studies boards as well as a strong presence in VCE LOTE and the University of Melbourne board. Thank you for the multitude of expertise, advice, support & feedback you have provided in consistently fantastic quality posts. I hope we continue to benefit from your presence here into the future :)
