How many Sciences count in an ATAR?

Hi, so I'm in year 10 and trying to figure out how VCE works. I know that only 2 music and 2 maths count in the primary four and I was wondering if the same restrictions applies to science?
If so does Environmental Science class as a science? I know many uni's don't count it.
