Psych queries

1. Do we need to know the specifics of Bandura's experiments or just the process of observational learning in general?
2. Is short term memory impaired in partial sleep deprivation or only total sleep deprivation?
3. Do we need to know about different types of neurotransmitters?
         - Inhibitory and excitatory?
         - GABA and glutamate
4. The study design states 'delayed sleep onset of sleep' but do we refer to it as 'delayed sleep phase syndrome'?

Thanks so much!!

Hey,

1. Yes, but you only need to know Bandura's first experiment in 1961. The other two have been removed from the Study Design (1963a and 1963b).
2. Ermm.....not sure about this one. We haven't learnt this. Sorry.
3. Yes, you need to know the different types of neurotransmitters. You need to know what they are and their purpose and/or function.
4. Yes

Hey  :D
Adding to that, yes there is difficulty with short term memory associated with partial sleep deprivation. It is obviously not as bad and i don't think there is actual short term memory loss, just difficulty.

Hope this helps!
