If you're at Monash Clayton and doing a law degree (just a guess from the mention of commercial law) then I'd seriously reconsider taking commercial law in your first year. It may not have books listed because they are waiting on a new edition to be published, or there may simply not be a textbook for that subject. It might also be you don't have the pre reqs for that subject yet? Either way, if that is the law elective 'commercial law' - seriously reconsider!!

Go into View Booklist on the LHS when you log on to my.monash, sometimes it won't appear until the sem starts.

I assume you're talking about BTF1010: Commercial law. I emailed Monash today; they sent me this link.

I cannot stress "not buying your books from the monash bookshop unless you have to" enough.

Look on http://www.booko.com.au/ and http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/ hell, even amazon if you want. monash bookshop is over priced and unless its cheaper to buy it from the monash bookshop then look around online.

^^^ I heard about this. From siblings who have done it, I suggest not buying ANY TEXTBOOKS before, go to uni for the first week and find out EXACTLY WHAT BOOKS YOU WILL BE USING. Then make ebay/amazon your friend.

Otherwise  its just a damn waste of money
