how do you do a tie bec?... :P

I've seriously forgotten.  My brother started high school, and he was like, show me how to do a tie.
I tried for like 5 minutes, and gave up.  I've completely forgotten how to do it!

Would I be able to bring in a protein shake? Following all the rules like clear bottle, no label etc. Or will death result :buck2:

Just done my post exam workout and I really don't want my body to go 3 hours and 15 minutes without protein at such a crucial period of muscle repair :P

Lol blazer and tie. We have tshirts and hoodies/vnecks for the 7s to. 11s. So nice to be out of it for good in yr 12.
