study score doesn't make sense
« on: January 09, 2021, 03:01:24 pm »
Hi, after I got my statement of marks I've been trying to understand my score for Bio.
I got a 40 with GA 1 being scaled to an 89, GA 2 to an 86 and I got 222/240 for the exam. I wasn't rank 1. Do these numbers look right? I put these scores into the Deakin study score calc and that gave me a 45 so I'm confused.

Not sure if this helps give context but I got 45 with GA1 scaled to 95, GA2 to 96 and 226/240 for the exam. The A+ boundary was super high this year so that's probably why.
2020: Biology [45], Legal Studies [44]
2021: Chemistry, English Language, Further, Methods

I got the statement of marks so I know my GA 3 % but still don't know GA 1 and 2.

Study results always makes nonsense.
I got JLPT N1 one year before VCE exam (same as C1).
But I just got 41 raw for my Japanese.
I may share the same confusion with you...
2019:
July: JLPT-N2(scored 118)
September: JLPT-N1(scored 128)
2020:

2021:
Psychology: 34 (RAW)
Methods: 42 (RAW)
