Wasn't expecting this haha. Don't know whether I should check

EDIT: So anti-climatic, they haven't put up my result.

Also can confirm some doing MUEP chem on campus have got their results. Results are probably early since MUEP graduation is on the 1st of December but actual monash results are supposed to be released on the 4th or 5th.

I got mine two days ago! Hence why i started that other thread about the atar increment sine ! Wooo 4.5 increment :) (would've been 5.0 if it hadn't been for that extremely HARSH demonstrator in SEM 2, he marked his group significantly harsher than the other demonstrators groups, which is extremely unfair...was going to say someting to the senior demonstrator but kept my mouth shut in the end) also can confirm my friend hasnt gotten theirs either.

Do you guys reckon they'll be giving awards as per WAM or for each semester?

I think it's by WAM. You would need something like a 93 average to get it, from looking at past scores. But who knows someone may have got like a 95 average.

Whaaaat? Do you mean dux of class? Last year I know someone who only had a distinction average and got an award for the distinction...so I'm guessing there will be awards for dux of class, high distinctions and distinctions

Yeah DUX  :P

I didn't know they give out awards for HDs and D's.
They don't. Either you get an award for completion of the program, or you get that award + the DUX award. Dux award depends on subject. For maths and chemistry it'll be pretty high -- probably 90+. For biology and biomedical science, it'll be in the 80s-90s most likely. As for the award, it's by WAM basically. They take the average of your 2 semesters, and this is what they use to determine whether you got 5.0, 4.5 etc.  and this is how they decide who's the DUX.
2014-2015: VCE
2016-2018: Bachelor of Biomedical Science

I emailed monash about not getting my result and they said:

Apologies, I am rectifying this now. For some reason you were part of a group of 3 who didn't have their marks finalised. Look again later this afternoon and hopefully it will be fixed, if not you might need to wait till Monday.

That's interesting. Wonder why my friends one said distinction then... Should I still go then? My WAM is in the 80s... I'm not really bothered by an award for completion of the program. Wonder why they asked for my VTAC ID rather than my monash ID on registration for the graduation....
