is the rights of indivduals when dealing with the police and the powers of police in relation to an invesigation of a criminal offence and the difference beween being a arrested with a warrant and without a warrant, apart of the old study desgin or the new one?

also democratic and human rights? are they just expressed, implied and structual rights or are they different?

I read in a VCAA publication that police powers and inidividual rights are no longer needed as they were in the old study design, but they are blatantly obvious incase you need them. from my understanding, the only rights you need to discuss are ones involving the consititution.
