Aiming for 60 atar

What do my averages have to be to get a 60 atar, with these subjects

English:
Physical edu
Further maths
Biology
Vet lab.

If you get a 30 raw study score in all your subjects you get a 61.30 ATAR according to the 2019 distribution.

Since a 30 raw study score is basically the mean of the normal curve,

if your cohort is:
average: you should aim to be around the middle of your cohort
weak: you should aim to be around the higher/middle of your cohort
strong: you should aim to be around the lower/middle of your cohort

basically for all your subjects
2019: Methods [50] Japanese SL [48]
2020: Latin [35] Specialist Maths [50]  English [44] Chemistry [44] UMEP Maths [4.5]
ATAR: 99.90
UCAT [3100]
2021-2023: Melbourne Uni Bachelor of Biomed
