Hi everyone!

I DESPERATELY need help with finding what would be a limitation for the effectiveness of the ACCC in achieving justice. I wanted to talk about how it does not act as a deterrent for large companies (for example, when Coles was fined $5 million and it was widely criticised as not being a harsh enough penalty for such a big company). I'm not sure how to elaborate further on this point even though I want to because I would like to incorporate into a paragraph discussing how effective is the ACCC in achieving justice.

Also, I was wondering if anyone knows any limitations for the effectiveness of the NCAT and any evidence to support it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :)
