Should I keep Physics 1: Fundamentals??

So I am in my first year of BSci doing Biology of Cells and Organisms, Chemistry 1, Food for a Healthy Planet and Physics 1: Fundamentals. I am struggling with the workload and getting to/from uni (I am usually there from 9-5pm with around a 1hr break and it takes me 1.5-2hrs to get to uni). Physics is the subject that I am finding the most difficult to understand conceptually. Since I didn't take Physics in Year 12, I thought it would be a good idea to take the subject as I needed some physics knowledge for the GAMSAT. I am not sure whether just to continue with the subject (no matter how confused I am) or drop it and allow more time for my other subjects. :-\
Hopefully someone can help me with this!

tldr; I am finding Physics super difficult (concepts and finding time to study it). Is it worth keeping it for the GAMSAT (or taking it later in the course) or should I drop it?
