yeah. as mao said, you should do history apposed to bus man because you are interested in it, and will therefore be more motivated to achieve good marks. i am a year 12 history student and i didn't do 1/2, and all i can say is that i don't think it has hindered my ability. i am one of the best in the class, but mostly because i do stacks more work. so in conclusion, it's not hard to go well in history if you pay attention in class, and do a lot of work for it outside of class. its the sort of subject where you can learn it by yourself, but you need the groundings of what happened first. (these are best explained by a teacher IMO)
