Observational Learning in Anxiety disorder (phobia)?

In terms of the biopsychosocial framework, Observational learning is placed under both Psychological factors (cognitive model) and Socio-cultural factors (Parental Modelling). Am I missing something? Are these two factors some how different from eachother in effecting Anxiety? Furthermore, observational learning in terms of Addictive Disorder is not put under psychological factors but only Sociocultural.
