I created this name when I created my Twitter account and has now stuck as my personal brand. I was thinking of ideas and the thought of potato hater crossed my mind since I do hate potatoes so passionately. It is the only food I truly refuse to eat. Also, it rolled off the tounge so nicely. Since then I have been potatohater Taylor on every online platform, the differences between them being whether Potato hater was 2 words or one, and weather I added the Taylor to the end. So by luck of the draw it seems that this time I am simply potatohater

I love Dr. Seuss, and when trying to think of a username for AN I was thinking about Dr Seuss, and Marvin K. Mooney just seemed to fit perfectly. shrug :P

Oh man what a story.

So, when I started uni, I was in a room filled with scary people I wanted to make friends with. One of them asked me what my name was, and before I could respond, another guy said, "it's Keith". So, I just went with it. At the time, I wanted to do a Facebook cull anyway, so I deleted my Facebook and remade it with the name Keith. From then on, people have called me Keith.

Next moment, I went to a trivia night ran by the same people. The theme was time travel, so for one round they made each question a movie poster, and you had to say what movie the poster was of, and what year the movie came out. To make it more exciting, they took a picture of my face, and put it on all the character's faces. The picture they took, though, literally looked like my face was melting. So, I then became a meme to that group of people, called "meltingkeith".

So, meltingkeith became my name for a lot of my accounts. But, when I started doing work with AN, everyone had a laugh over what my name actually was. So, eventually, they settled on the in-between - meith. So, for AN, I made my account name meltingkeith with the m and k swapped so I could get the meith in there - and became keltingmeith.

mini:
So one of my kind of defining features for a long time was being short. On the first hike I went on as a scout my hiking pack was taller than me. One of the older scouts taller than me even when he was kneeling and I was standing. On muck up day I wore my grade 6 shirt and jacket  (the company responsible for them apparently didn't realise how small grade sixes can be). I grew a lot in year 9, but people who had known me for a while still thought of me as very small and it had become part of my identity.

turtle:
Turtles are my favourite animal, and I have taken that a bit further than most. I have a plethora of books on turtles and fake turtles. I have turtle magnets, turtle candles, a turtle compass, turtle games, turtle jewelry etc.  In primary school I memorised the scientific names of some of my favorites such as dermochelys coriacea (leatherback sea turtle), chelonia mydas (green sea turtle), chelodina longicollis (eastern long neck turtle).
Perhaps due to the oversized hiking pack, love for the ocean, independence and/or tendency to be overly defensive, I have also been compared to turtles on occasion.

I had also briefly considered using my pottermore username or a reference to hufflepuff but decided against this.

Edit: In consultation with admins, my username was changed in 2019 to be more recognisable for the QLD expansion. I still felt attached to my previous name of 'miniturtle' and had started to be referred to as 'mt' by some of my friends on the forum - so I decided to add 'MT' after Bri to keep that piece of my atarnotes history with me :)
