I got ENFJ-T. I score as an ENFJ pretty consistently,  so that wasn't a surprise, but I scored in the 70s for extraversion whereas I'm usually in the low 50s

I got the same personality type as you  ;D A lot of the descriptions really resonated with me which surprised me because other personality tests I've taken have been quite broad in their responses. I liked how they explained my constant wanting to help others (this was the creepiest one because in deciding my career paths, I literally told my careers advisor that I wanted to find a job that will let me "help others"  :o) because that's something I've been trying to figure out for a while. Really interesting and surprisingly accurate results!  8)

Got ARCHITECT (INTJ-T)
Hmm, a little surprised with it. But I guess it would be me if I accurately did the test.

Logician - INTP-T

I've got various different ones in the past, but this is probably the one I've got the most often. Did the test again today, and got it again with the following results:
Introverted – 86%, Intuitive – 53%, Thinking – 65%, Prospecting – 56%, Turbulent – 89%

When I read this, I feel like it is me, to some extent, but I've never found one that is really me, properly. I guess everyone is a mix of different elements.

Website must be broken. I went through all the questions, but it just gave me "ERROR: NO PERSONALITY DETECTABLE".  :-\
Just joking though, it actually told me I was an Advocate personality. I can't say I feel that it is quite what I would have expected though.
I was mainly surprised by the predicted dominance of 'feeling' over 'thought - I would have thought my 'thinking' was greater than I felt my 'feeling' was, but oh well. maybe the website knows me better than me.

When I read this, I feel like it is me, to some extent, but I've never found one that is really me, properly. I guess everyone is a mix of different elements.

I was interested to read an article on the history of the test the other day:
Quote
It's a test used widely around the world by large corporations, universities, churches and even the US military, but it has very little science behind it. (source)

I think I get the same every time I've taken it, though specific percentages are obviously different, and I know I could influence them further by changing the way I answer questions (Why yes, I do always get Logician. How could you tell? :P ).

Like any personality test, I view it as interesting and useful rather than being prescriptive.
If it does anything to help people understand who they are and how they work, it's probably good.  If it changes people because it tells them they are something they're not and they believe it, it's probably not good.  It seems very unlikely that everyone in the world falls consistently into one of sixteen pre-defined categories.

I've took the test several times during the past years of my high school life and alternated between INFJ-T (The Advocate) and ISFJ-T (The Defender). When I take the test on other sites, though, I turn out to be ISFJ-T almost 100% of the time.

To be honest, I do identify as ISFJ-T more than INFJ-T, and people around me sometimes say I care too much for my own good :/
But career-wise, I prefer what INFJ-T recommends for me.

Hey, would someone be able to put a link to the previous personality test thread? I have had no luck finding it so far, and I wanted to see what I had originally.  :)

Lol I think I did the test but didn't end up posting haha. Thanks anyway! :)

From memory I think I was advocate the last time I did it. This time I was the protagonist?? So apparently I have become an extrovert in the last 12 months (seems unlikely knowing myself). I think I may retake the test and try to think through the questions properly rather than rushing it aha.  ;D

just took the test then, I feel like the page was written for me 😂. I got an Advocate, although it said I am very introverted, yet all the examples given to me of people who are advocates, I guarantee are very extroverted. 😂

Someone described this Personality Test as 'freakishly accurate'. I totally agree - I've always found it to be amazingly correct to the point of being almost scary... I feel like someone has been watching in my window! I would love you to check it out, take the quiz, share your personality type and tell us what it taught you about yourself! I took it again tonight and found I am a 'Executive' Personality... I knew I'd changed over the last few years, and as I redid the quiz I realised how different the answers are now to when I first did it in 2016... I'm very different to what I used to be - the 'Campaigner'!

Same! My protagonist description is ditto like me!!

I just noticed u are taking a gap year this year. For those who haven’t graduated yet who want to have a gap year.... would u advise them to do so? Say for travel purposes?

Hi there,
Just a reminder that this thread is for discussion on personality types, not gap year advice. If you wish to ask for said advice, please post on the appropriate fora.

Also remember that we value quality posts over quantity here. Double-posting is not encouraged and is, in fact, against forum etiquette/rules. If you are not already familiar with the rules you have been breaching (a lot), please read about them here.
