Interesting to see the music tastes of other VCE students, unfortunately doesn't seem like there's much Hip-Hop being talked about (my genre of choice), but I can appreciate the sufjan stevens songs posted lol. 

I made a chart for Hip-Hop release in 2018 a couple of weeks ago, it's not the most accessible list of albums, but I encourage anyone with an interest in hip-hop to check out the first couple of albums at least.

As for non-rap stuff I've been listening to, Thom Yorke's recent songs for the Suspiria soundtrack have honestly been amongst my favourite of any of his solo releases, also beginning to dive into old jazz and pop standards, eg. Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Sinatra.

I thought that I heard this song for the first time a little while ago on the radio, and after I heard it I was like 'that's a cool song, I'm going to add it to my playlist'. But then I heard it at work, so now I'm not sure if I like it because it's good or if I like it because it was familiar hahaha. This has happened a few times where I think I like a song and then I hear it at work and I'm not sure if that's why I liked it in the first place.
