Title: Exam and case studies
Post by: jjjjjjjj9393939 on November 11, 2018, 07:07:32 pm
If there is two separate question - one on a case and the division of law making powers and another on external affairs, will it matter if my case for both is Tasmanian Dams case?
Can i lose out on marks for that?

Nope! You can use Commonwealth v Tasmania to explain how a high court interpretation altered the division of law making powers and how it expanded the meaning of section 51(29)!
