O_O no idea. I still see some old folks wearing that around. Perhaps your mum or dad's wardrobe or the Salvos.

is this a host scheme camp?

If so, the recommended clothing is... NOTHING. Maybe a bit of manscaping, that's as far as I'd go.

You realise i have to google every second word you use... WHERE DO I GET FLARES FOR CHEAP? none of that shuffler hardstyle shit. also need a fluro top, i've got a bright pink tight tee, will that do?

Dress like a hippie. Buy a cheapo t-shirt from Big W, $5 fabric ink on sale at Spotlight and tie dye! Then get John Lennon sunnies, a headband, thongs and maybe a vest.
I think you might be able to find some cheap flares at Vic market or just go to Vinnies
