Many changing WAMs these last few days.

In terms of my subjects, Stochastic Modelling, Financial Mathematics II, Statistics, and Engineering Computation have at least had marks uploaded. Nothing for Intermediate Macroeconomics yet.

Best of luck for all your results! Congratulations on another hard semester of work!

After 3 updates my WAM went back to exactly what it was last semester lmao. I guess that's better than decreasing so I'm not complaining

I have no idea if ESD2 or Glee Singing has been added yet  :o

Thanks for confirming (for me at least, a big sigh of relief), that my WAM change today was not for Inter Macro.  ;D

I think I got a 100!
Thanks i'm stoked! Take a subject that just resonates with everything you know and love, for me that's theoretical computer science. This subject has been an absolute blast.
Fuar man, what a beast! I really really wanted to take Models of Computation, but, alas, couldn't fit it in, not available for breadth, and not to mention there is apparently an additional hidden prerequisite in Design of Algorithms or Algorithms and Data Structures.

One of my tutors said that 70 is around average for most subjects, but I'd take that with a grain of salt. I don't think anyone really knows for sure haha

It's impossible to be able to generalise across the university, but yeah, most science subjects I've been in that put up average scores tend to be around the 70-75 mark.

I think it's set on a faculty level - I don't think the higher university administration is all that concerned with undergrad grade distributions.

That feel when your wam changes and you think you (relatively) smashed your worst subject, but you actually just did pretty shit in a better one :(  LOL

Glee singing level 2 has been added to the Wam calculations. Not sure about the other levels though I would assume they would've been updated as well.

I feel like I may be one of the first to actually have all their results released, so I'll get the ball rolling on sharing :)

2015   July                   AGRI10039   Australia in the Wine World   2   88   H1   First Class Honours   12.500
2015   Semester 2   BCMB20003   Biochemical Regulation of Cell Function   1   80   H1   First Class Honours   12.500
2015   Semester 2   CHEM20020   Chemistry: Structure and Properties   2   69   H3   Third Class Honours   12.500
2015   Semester 2   GENE20002   Genes and Genomes   1   84   H1   First Class Honours   12.500
2015   Semester 2   GENE20003   Experiments in Genetics   1   76   H2A   Second Class Hons A   12.500

I PASSED CHEM! I PASSED IT WELL! I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENED MY ANSWER TO ONE ENTIRE SECTION WAS "Why did you do this to me?" FOLLOWED BY "magic" THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SOME SCALING INVOLVED BUT YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Obviously I'm quite happy with my H1s, biochem was again a massive struggle of rote learning but was fine in the end. I fully recommend Wine to anybody searching for a breadth, especially if you like wine  :P And I'm content with my experiments mark considering it is one of the least well co-ordinated subjects I have been in. But oh man being done with chem for undergrad is so uplifting, I am free as a bird! Hope everyone's results are turning out the way you want

Only two of mine have been officially released but I've been checking wam changes with other people so these should be right lol

2015   Semester 2   MECM10006   Introduction to Media Writing      83   H1   First Class Honours   12.500
2015   Semester 2   GERM10009   German 8      88   H1   First Class Honours   12.500
2015   Semester 2   PSYC10004   Mind, Brain & Behaviour 2   85   H1   First Class Honours   12.500
2015   Semester 2   ENGL10001   Modern and Contemporary Literature   75   H2A   Second Class Hons A   12.500

Absolutely stoked with media writing! The marking was harsh as fuck but it was such an enjoyable subject. Definitely my favourite subject I've done at uni so far. I'm pretty surprised with psych and german tbh - I thought I'd fucked up the exams but they ended up being my best two marks.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  Overall I'm really happy with these three though.
As for lit, I'm just glad I scraped a H2A lol. I loved VCE English but lit was the fkn bane of my existence this sem.

Good luck to everyone! Hope you all smash it, and if not, dw brah Ps get degrees
