Commerce/Computer Science vs Commerce/Biomedicine

Having a tough decision between choosing one of the following double degrees, so would be really appreciated if anyone gave me information on what they are like. Bare in mind that I have little to no experience in IT from high school but I did do Biology and Chemistry.

My main questions are: What type of jobs do both degrees offer? Which degree would offer more jobs? What are the actual courses like?

Not an actual answer to your question, but it sounds like comp sci is going to be tough for you.

Would only recommend doing it if you have some kind of interest in programming or algorithms or whatever related.
2010 - 2013: Bachelor of Software Engineering - Monash (completed w/ alternative exit to B. Comp Sci)
2014 - 2016: Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) - Monash

Commerce/Computer Science would be a really good combo for algorithmic trading and in my opinion go together better then commerce/biomedicine. Biomedicine really lends itself to be a premed degree or research.
