DDS FFP and CSP

Hello
I was wondering if there are any disadvantages of doing DDS (FFP) instead of DDS (CSP) other than the obvious financial problem. I'm mainly asking this because as for MD, I heard that FFP does not get a guaranteed internship after the degree. I was wondering if there are similar disadvantages for DDS.

Thank you

Internships don't exist for dentistry.
