How much responsibility should the community assume for individual health problems?

Hey, I need help with answering this question in Core 1... I've been trying to look for notes on this but I could never find one..

Well, that comes from the part of the syllabus regarding partnerships between individuals, communities and governments etc.
So basically, you should state the responsibilities of communities for health promotion, but say that it is not solely the responsibility of the community and why. So address each other group and give a description with examples of each, because INTERSECTORAL COLLABORATION is the best way for health to be enhanced
