With the 2016 study design only focusing on treating how much depth should our knowledge go into in regards to the UN declaration of human rights considering it is not a treaty. However, is constantly mentioned

Know about it so as you may evaluate its effectiveness when it comes to the UN response to human rights, however I don't believe it should feature that heavily in your responses. Check out the advice on SEV's website, it clarifies things quite nicely.
